About Your Technician

Debbie Beller RN, CPCP - a skin care professional since 1993, is board certified for permanent makeup and is a Licensed Electrologist and a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP). Debbie personally became aware of the benefits of permanent makeup and chose to offer the service for current and potential clients.

Permanent Makeup is of benefit to women who wish to eliminate the daily need to apply makeup to such areas as eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips. Many can benefit from this treatment including individuals with sensitive skin and allergies to conventional makeup, and active individuals who want to look their best at all times. Men seek treatment for facial areas as well and to fill in hair transplant areas on their scalp. It is helpful for those who are dealing with the difficulties of hair loss due to cancer by simulating eyelashes and creating soft natural eyebrows.

Due to her medical background and the desire to work with breast cancer patients, she trained in New Orleans to learn the art of breast repigmentation. This procedure is done post mastectomy and breast reconstruction and will give the illusion of a three dimensional nipple and areola that is very realistic.

She stays current in the profession with continuing education classes which includes an industry specific bloodborne pathogen class, and CPR. This office uses only presterilized single use disposable needles. All needles are disposed of in an approved biohazard container. Your tray set up is completely disposed of after your treatment. Items will not be saved or reused for another client. The office set up including sanitation standards is the same as you would expect from a dental office. Debbie’s nursing background will assure you of a safe and professional experience.
